To enter our drawing for a free week in the Grand Cayman Islands (valued at over $2,000), simply join our Facebook Fan Page and refer a *qualified colleague, or register for our Six-Day Hypnotherapy Training and you'll be entered to win.

No limit to number of referrals and entries into drawing. One entry per referral. We'll still extend a $100 wellness credit to each of our grads for every referral upon their referral’s completion of the Six-Day Training.

The drawing is open to anyone in our network who enrolls and pays in full for The Six-Day Hypnotherapy Training, or refers a qualified colleague, between December 1, 2011 and April 17, 2012. A winner will be drawn at random at our HCT Association Conference on April 20-22, 2012.

*Referral: A referral is someone who is:

  1. Qualified to participate in the Six-Day Hypnotherapy Training
  2. Must contact us by phone 1-800-326-4418
  3. Must give us the name of the person who referred them the first time they contact us

Drawing Rules:

  1. Entry. It is the responsibility of the individual to enter the drawing by referring a qualified therapist to The Wellness Institute. Participation is voluntary. Should you wish to enter the drawing, simply refer a qualified mental health professional to The Wellness Institute.
  2. Limitations. There are no limitations on the number of entries, which are based on the number of referrals; one entry per referral, five entries per referral if you are a member of the Association of heart Centered Therapies.
  3. Prizes. One winner will be drawn on March 15th and will receive a 7-day vacation (May 25th – June 1st) to the Cayman Islands (no transportation, food, or beverages included).
  4. Odds of winning. Odds of winning depend upon the number of referrals received and the associated number of entries.
  5. Availability. The survey is open to eligible participants on Tuesday, November 15th, 2011 and will close at midnight on Wednesday, March 14th, 2012. A randomly generated list of all entries will be compiled within three (3) days of the close of the survey. The closing date may be extended at the discretion of The Wellness Institute, with notification of that extension posted on the drawing page of the website. The winner will be notified by phone within 48 hours of the drawing. The Wellness Institute is not responsible or liable for lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. In order to receive the prize the winner must advise the Administrator of the address to which the prize should be sent. If the winner does not reply to such notification within three business days of date on prize notification, such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
  6. Eligibility. The contest is open to graduates of the Six-Day hypnotherapy Certification provide by The Wellness-Institute. The winner must be at least 18 years of age.
  7. Promotion. Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these contest rules and permission for use of winner’s name for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity utilizing the media of the Sponsor's choice without additional compensation by The Wellness Institute. In the case of any dispute, the matter will be decided by The Wellness Institute in the exercise of its discretion.
  8. Limits of Liability. The Wellness Institute bears no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. The Wellness Institute reserved the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the drawing at any time if The Wellness Institute website is infected by a virus, the website is hacked or the integrity of the drawing is compromised in any way and in such event, to select the winners from among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  9. Winner Responsibilities. Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred.
  10. Release. By entering, participants release and will hold harmless The Wellness Institute, their directors, and employees from any and all liability, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or incurred with respect to the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize and acknowledge that the Sponsors nor Administrators are not liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
  11. Rights. Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Contest), and Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Participants and Sponsor in connection with this Drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Washington, USA without regard to Washington’s choice of law rules.
